Tortilla Soup(1 vote)Rate this listing  1 box of Creamy Tomato Soup 1/2 box of Vegetable Broth 1/2 bag of Roasted Corn (from the freezer section) 4 cubes of Cilantro (from the freezer section) OR 1/3 cup of fresh Cilantro 1/3 cup Enchilada Sauce 1 small onion, chopped Bring the above indgredients to a boil in a pot then simmer for 20 minutes. Just before serving, sprinkle on Mexican Cheese Blend and crushed up Tortilla Chips. Optional - add a dolop of sour cream before serving. Submitted on 12/11/2007 by mafoley
