This product is amazing! The fat/carbohydrate/protein and calorie content are perfect for the healthy eater. If the taste is too plain for people, which it is for me, I add a good scoop of soy vanilla protein powder and a bit of vanilla extract and stevia. With only 1 cup of greek yogurt and the protein mix it becomes like cookie dough. It is incredibly sweet and took me over an hour to eat the first time. This will keep you full for hours and you will soon begin to crave it. Which is okay since it is good for you! I am living in Spain right now and dying to have my yogurt and protein mix!!!!

This is a must have in my fridge. I am never without it. High protein, low carb, zero fat. Tastes wonderful with a dollop of TJ's lemon curd, or dried fruits.

Who knew something fat free could taste so good? This yogurt is very creamy and rich tasting. I really like it with sliced strawberries, a dash of vanilla. It always works well in recipes too.

This is the only Greek Yogurt (non-fat) that I think is almost as good as fage! TJ's, you never fail to impress me beyond belief! Seriously, I just want to rub this yogurt all over my body... Just kidding. (not really.)

I don't know if it's just my store, but there's this weird taste in TJ's greek yogurt. I usually go for the Fage in their store. MUCH better tasting, IMO.

I love how rich this stuff is! It always feels like a decadent treat, but doesn't contain any fat and is very high in protein. I love mixing it with stevia and fresh berries or some bits of granola.

One of my favorite items to pick up at TJs. Does NOT taste nonfat, doesn't even taste lowfat. Delicious with a teaspoon of fruit preserves stirred in, or by itself. Also works great in dips calling for sour cream. A must try!
