O my gosh! I could eat this stuff with a spoon! whether on chips or slow cooked with chicken in the crock pot, it is absolutely to die for! I can't even begin to describe it. My new breakfast is Handmade Flour Tortillas, Nacho Cheese blend (its a colby jack blend with chives and jalepeno), Just Chicken (also an amazing product) topped with pineapple salsa! The best breakfast treat I have ever had!

A bit too tomato-y... I prefer the pinaeapple salsa made locally that doesn't have any tomato in it. The pineapple & tomato together seemed a bit weird to me. My fault-- I could read the label!

I like to poach or grill salmon filets ahead of time for lunch, and top them with TJ's pineapple salsa. It's also good as a simmer sauce for chicken in the crockpot or on the stovetop. And I sometimes dump a jar of it into homemade chili; the hint of sweetness seems to bring out the beef flavor.
