Trader Joes Smoked Salmon and Spinach Filled Crepes

These are delicious! Soft crepes filled with a creamy middle and slightly crispy edges (when browned in a pan). For those who may tend to shy away from salmon, the presence of salmon is just enough to give it a slight "salmony" flavor, but not a "fishy" taste by any means. These do not taste like something that you just took from the freezer. I eat them morning, day or night! YUMMY!

I'm sorry but this is by far the worst trader joe (and the only TJ product) that I have rated VERY POOR. the crepes taste is very bland and the filling is very salty/mushy and has the consistancy of baby food, very gritty.

These should not be sold! The texture is very soft and mushy, the "creamy" mixture is too thick and bland and the salmon did have a gritty/gummy texture.
