Tuscon White Bean Hummus(16 votes) This stuff is gooooood! The hummus has a great flavor and the top is drizzled with olive oil, sun dried tomatoes and parsley, which really takes it over the top. I think I like this better than traditional hummus..... I tried with the Trader Joes Flax & Honey Flatbread (as suggested in the latest Trader Joes magazine issue) and it was delicious! This is some of my favorite stuff! I love dipping warm pita triangles into it or using it as a sandwich spread with fresh veggies. Highly addictive.
