These little gems are what Nilla Wafers USED to be (sorta), WANT to be, and NEVER will be.
Nabisco should pack it in in the Nilla Wafer department, and call it a day. They will never come close to these little vanilla gems.
These were so superior to Nilla Wafers! I make an incredible mock banana pudding with them by layering bananas, vanilla wafers, Fage yogurt with a little honey, and topped it all off with a shot of whipped cream from a can. The Fage yogurt probably has twice the calories of vanilla pudding, but at least it has some probiotics.
