Punishing yet rewarding. Challenging but captivating. Like a Schoenberg or Stravinsky musical composition, this chocolate bar will test refinement of the most devout chocolate lover. There is no harmony here, no easy melody, just a single, bitter note of cacao dissonanance. Yet, with patience, taste and some effort, the treasures of nearly pure chocolate reveal themselves.

Not for everyone, nor should it be, straddling as it does the line between the edible and inedible. If you are adventurous, brave, an epicurean extremist, this is a must try.
