Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Weetabix Cereal (One sleeve or approx. 12 biscuits)
3/4 cup safflower oil
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup Trader Joe's Almonds (coarsely chopped)
1 cup Trader Joe's Hazelnuts (coarsely chopped)
1 cup Trader Joe's dried fruit, such as cranberries, raisins, cherries, blueberries (or a combination)
1/4 cup wheat germ

Heat the oil and honey. Add the vanilla extract and stir to blend.
Break up the Weetabix biscuits (leave some texture). Add the remaining ingredients and mix. Add the oil/honey to the mixture and mix well. Pour the mixture into an 9x13 baking pan and press down with a spatula. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly brown. Cut into bars while still warm and store in an airtight container.
