★★★★
1 heaping teaspoon Trader Joe's Crushed Garlic (4 cloves)
1 sprig rosemary stemmed and finely chopped
Juice from one lemon
1/4 cup Trader Giotto's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 15oz can Trader Joe's Cannellini-White Kidney Beans
1/3-1/2 packed cup feta cheese
Pepper to taste

Place garlic, olive oil, rosemary and lemon juice in a food processor. Blend until garlic is a fine mash. Add remaining ingredients and blend to preferred texture.

Serve as a dip to veggies, crackers or breads. Or spread on slices of Trader Joe's seeded baguette topped with thin slices of chilled cucumber or green apple.

This is probably tasty, although I do not like rosemary in anything. It should be labeled "bean dip" because the word hummus means chick pea in Arabic, and real hummus is made from that legume.
