Whole Grain Cinnamon Raisin Cookies(3 votes) These are different. The whole grain apparently gives these cookies a bit of a heavier texture and with the addition of oats, they are still chewy. The raisins are present in abundance, but the most noticeable quality is the cinnamon, which comes through strong.
