I consider these to be my "not-so-guilty" pleasure. I am seriously addicted. They satisfy my need for something dense and moist and chewy (instead of a pastry) in the morning. They are exellent plain. And only 3 points for a whole one on my Weight Watchers plan! I just nuke mine for about 30 seconds in the microwave. I can add spray-on or lowcal butter to the top, too. Or spread a really thin coat of fatfree or sugarfree vanilla icing on top and it is more like like a conventional (ie: "sinful") cinnamon roll.

These are pretty good and not so high in fat and calories as a regular cinnamon roll. They have no icing, but have a light sweetness and tasty raisins throughout. They are unimpressive right out of the bag,but yummy heated briefly in the microwave and slathered with butter or margarine.
