BBQ Tri-tip
Has nice beef flavor. Marinade is not overwhelming like similar product at Costco. Great for sandwiches. Grilled on a propane weber, direct medium heat for 5 minutes on each side, then an additional 30-40 minutes indirect medium heat.

If this is the sonoma county style tri tip it's great. marinated in an array of bold flavors but not too bold. Again when i'd demo this it would sell out, even at $18 a tri tip.
