Bolognese Sauce

A Tomato based sauce with meat. I just throw it over practically anything, meat, chicken, vegetables, bread, etc. More satisfying than a regular marinara.

This is a good product. I've even used it as a pizza sauce.

I love this sauce. It doesn't have sugar, so the sauce isn't sweet. It makes a great base for quick and yummy chili. Just saute some onion and add the sauce with two cans of beans and your favorite spices. (I use garlic powder, chili powder, ground cumin, black pepper.) Salt isn't needed because it's in the sauce. The chili has the perfect thickness.

Amazing! Tastes just like the true bolognese we ate in Venice and Verona! Thick, flavorful, super easy over Trader Giotto's pasta.
