Bool Kogi
Tender beef slices in a mouthwatering Korean sesame BBQ sauce. Mmmm! Don't be fooled by the thickness of these strips. Each thinly sliced strip packs a flavorful punch.
I put these strips on a very hot grill to sear up the outside and they were done a few minutes later. You can't get a faster cooking steak with more flavor than you get with these.
Bool Kogi is traditionally served wrapped in lettuce leaves but these strips are very versatile. I served these with some roasted broccoli and brown rice. Delicious and easy! Another hit from Trader Joe's Butcher Shop!

I worked in the demo station at trader's and we'd sell out of this any time we'd demo it. You can use it in stir fry's or just grill it for 2 minutes on super high heat. It's thinly sliced and marinated in a soy/sesame mixture.

I cooked these for 4 minutes on a Foreman grill, and they were tender, flavorful and juicy. ONe package served 3 adults generously.

Really tasty but very poor quality meat. Fat and grissle made about 40% of the meat inedible. And yes, I'm very familiar with Korean food/boneless ribs. Wish they sold the marinade on its own!

Little to fatty, but full of flavor. had it over rice with a bit of TJ's sweet chili sauce. With the addition of a salad it was a great meal.
