2 slices light rye bread 3 TBSP 1000 Island Dressing 1/2 cup Broccoli slaw 2 slices swiss cheese 3 slices corned beef Spread 1000 Island Dressing on both pieces of rye bread. On one piece of rye with dressing layer 1 slice swiss cheese, broccoli slaw, 1 slice swiss cheese and three slices corned beef, in that order. Top with second slice of rye. Butter both sides of sandwich. Grill in pan (panini maker or George Foreman grill), flipping once when brown and cheese melts. Cut in half and serve. The perfect dish for St. Patricks Day.
