Chicken Chorizo

Absolutely the best tasting chorizo I've ever had, not to mention more than half the fat of regular pork chorizo, scramble up some eggs with this or stir fry in some cabbage,bell peppers and onions for a tasty twist on fajitas.

My boyfriend is from Mexico City and after trying some nasty shriveled chorizo from Goya we had almost lost hope in finding GOOD chorizo. Well this is it!!! To die for!!!

I was a little skeptical when I saw it was made from chicken rather than pork, since some poultry substitute items can be less tasty, but this was fantastic. Made it with some black beans, rice, tomatoes, and cilantro. Amazing.
