I enjoy many Trader Joe's products. These chicken enchiladas were decent. They tasted ok, but I was astounded at the amount of salt they contained per serving. I noticed similar sodium levels in the oriental bowls as well. While Trader Joe's often touts healthy aspects of their foods (such as low calorie content or no corn fructose content), it would be nice if more effort could be made to limit the sodium content of many of its prepared foods.
