Easy Pumpkin Pie Breakfast Shake
1/4 c. Trader Joe's Canned Pumpkin
1/4 teas. Trader Joe's Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 peeled banana cut in chunks and frozen the night before
8 oz. skim milk
2 packets low calorie sweetner
Mix All Ingredients together in blender until banana chunks dissolve and shake is thick. Enjoy for breakfast or anytime!!!
