This cheese is also good sauteed with tomatoes and served over fresh baby spinach.

Frying Cheese
I discovered this yesterday while browsing for something new in the cheese isle. It was a dark and stormy day and I wanted something for muffins and tea.

This is fantastic, I cubed it, sauteed in a nonstick skillet and placed it on top of whole grain english muffin with a dolop of cherry preserves. I was in heaven!!!!
