Ginger Joe Joes Creme Sandwich Cookies
We love all flavors of the Joe Joe's and these are one of the best (next to the Candy Cane, of course.)
The taste is definitely GINGERY -- the box says 3 kinds of ginger -- crystallized ginger, ginger spice and ginger puree, but sugar and flour are the top 2 ingredients, so the ginger taste is not overpowering -- it's a sweet cookie.
Try it with a glass of lemonade! MMMMM...

My TJ's hasn't had these for a while, I was afraid they were discontinued. Now that I know they're still around somewhere, I'll be sure to ask at my store. These are really good cookies, a lot of ginger flavor without being overpowering.
