Chocolate Dipped Coconut Macaroons
Wow, these are outstanding. I don't usually eat macaroons so I can't attest to how they compare to other brands. But these taste incredibly fresh: very soft and very moist, yet slightly crunchy, and the flavor is great.
They're quite sweet, but that in a way prevents me from eating too many of them. Unfortunately, I don't know how healthy these are (I would imagine not that healthy), but they certainly taste delicious!

I haven't been able to find these now. I checked in 2 Trader Joe's while in California and they did not have them. I also checked in Las Vegas so they appear to be discontinued or at temporarily out. :(
