Artisan Pizza with Bleu Cheese and Sliced Pears

This was featured in the most recent Flyer, and I just had to try it. I really don’t like bleu cheese, and next time I think I’ll scrape it off before baking and replace it–however, I still liked this pizza, even with the cheese. The pears and carmelized onions blended nicely, and the crust is very crisp. Will definately buy it again!
