Salmon Fillet w/Oregon shrimp and dill
Here's a product I keep buying over and over. It's a salmon fillet shaped in a small circle and stuffed with cream cheese, bay shrimp, dill and cucumber. All the flavors mix beautifully.
This one is best baked, covered slightly with foil and sitting on a small layer of olive oil. I have microwaved it a few times and don't like the consistency as much.
Only negative is that it's a very small portion--it is like a dieter's lunch portion. Also, the ingredients do not specify whether the salmon was farmed or wild, so I'll assume it's farmed.

I like the convenience of this. I did microwave it and it wasn't bad. The only thing I would do is coat the plate with cooking spray before microwaving it, otherwise you get the bottom layer totally stuck to the plate.

i just ate this for dinner a few minutes ago and I thought it was pretty good. It's 250 calories, 5 carbs and a few fiber grams. It tasted fresh and yummy and i ended up dumping half of the sauce in the middle....not because it was bad (it was quite good), but because i wasnt too sure how good for you it is. I'd definitly buy this again though!

I tried this salmon along with the spinach/cranberry salad for a quick dinner after work. I thought it made a tasty quick dinner when you didn't feel like cooking.

I've had this once and I'm not a fan. I can't say it's bad. It did not taste bad at all. There was a bit too much filling in the middle and not much shrimp meat. The salmon tasted ok.
