Northwest Territory Beef Stew
I wasn't expecting much from this, but I ended up really happy. There was lots of tender beef and plenty of veggies. If I made it at home I wouldn't use as much salt, but it wasn't bad in that regard.
Try to use the stovetop if possible as the microwave makes the meat just a little bit tough. Great either way though.
