Pumpkin Pie Ice-Cream
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 cup whole milk
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup Trader Joe’s Organic Canned Pumpkin
1 tbsp Trader Joe’s pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla extract
Store bought ginger snaps
Ingredients:
In large mixing bowl add sugar, milk, and cream. Using a whisk combine the milk and sugar until sugar has dissolved, about 3-5 minutes. After sugar has dissolved add pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla whisk until well combined. Pour mixture into ice-cream maker and churn for 20-25 minutes. Transfer ice-cream into container and place in freezer to ripen, 6-12 hours. To serve, scoop ice-cream into bowl and garnish with a ginger snap.
