Mexican Sloppy Joes

1 package ground beef, turkey, or chicken (about 1 1/4 pounds) 1 1/2 jars 3 pepper salsa 1 cup frozen roasted corn salt/pepper shredded mexican blend cheese honey wheat hamburger buns Brown meat with salt/pepper and drain. Add salsa and corn and heat through. Serve on buns with shredded cheese on top. They're messy but oh so good!! Try it on tortillas for a great burrito or I used the leftovers in an omelete the next morning. I demo-ed this at my TJ's and it was a huge hit. One of the best selling demos I've done. The salsa is new and really versatile.

I took this recipe and added chopped lettuce, tomato and sour cream, to a low carb tortilla shell! This was so easy to make (less than 10 mins) and tasted like i spent hours making it!

Enjoy
