Summer Pasta

3 cloves of garlic, minced 1 box of cherry or pear tomatoes, washed and cut in half 1/2 pound of brie, rind removed and cut into small pieces 8-10 basil leaves, minced 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil Salt and pepper 1 pound Italian spaghetti Put first five ingredients in a large pasta bowl, season with salt and pepper and let it sit at room temperature for at least 2 hours (preferably, all day). Bring a pasta pot of water to a boil. Season generously with salt. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and add to pasta bowl. Toss and serve.
