Gently mix equal parts of Sorbet with TJ's Chocolate Chocolate Chip Pancake Mix until just combined. Scoop into lined mini muffin cups and bake at 350 for about 12-16 minutes. These are tasty and sooo easy! They are best when eaten right away.

Fettuccine Alfredo
This is a great side dish but I like to turn it into a whole meal. I add Grilled Mushrooms, Shrimp, Broccoli, Asparagus, Peas, Diced Ham or even Smoked Salmon. Any Combo of these things is Heavenly! Try it you'll like it!

Thai Shrimp Gyoza
I like to Saute them in Toasted Sesame Oil, turning them gently one time and then add some Chicken Broth and cover to steam. Outstanding!!

Banana Crisps
A customer told me about these when they were out of stock. When they returned, I tried them. They are light and crispy, just a little sweet. Just right! I have been know it eat a whole bag for lunch! They are healthy too. Now I stock up-just in case!

Chicken Drumettes
Try tropping these (frozen) with your fav marinara and parmesan cheese and bake for fast and yummy chicken parmesan. Also great for tiny chicken Cordon Blues. Top them with honey ham (lunch meat) and sliced swiss cheese and bake until the cheese is melted!
