Trader Joe's Fan

I used this in Vegetable Wellington and it was fabulous! I was hesistant to try goat cheese in the first place, but now I'm a big fan!

These are PERFECT for vegetarian meatball subs! My boyfriend's omnivore brother didn't even know they were meatless when he first tried them! You just need the following: sub bread, mozzarella, marinara sauce and these. Best in the toaster oven!

This is so delicious with stir fry. Cooks in only 5 minutes! So easy and quick!

I absolutely love these! I never liked Oreos growing up, but these are pretty darn good!
