And she is not a veggie lover. In fact, it is very very difficult to get her to eat anything green. I don't know how nutritious this is, but I am sure it's better than plain potato chips. I like this for its taste, too. It sure is addictive.

As previous posters have noted, there is not much cheesecake inside. Also, although I have a big sweet tooth, these are a bit too sweet without much unique flavor. They look nice for a party, but I would not have these regularly for dessert.

I normally do not like sunflower seeds, but I really like these.
