Spicy Jalapeno Chicken Sausage
Pan-fried or grilled, this is great sausage. It has a good amount of spice flavor without it being real hot. We use this for the Spicy Chicken RIce and Beans recipe which is a regular in our house.

I enjoy these as well. I normally lean toward the other flavors: sweet Italian sausage, garlic, etc., as Jalapeno can get a little spicy for me personally. I used to love hot and spicy food, but have toned it down in the past few years and prefer the milder stuff.

This is my favorite sausage - Trader Joe's or otherwise. It's a nice, quick bit of protein to pack in the lunchbox, is great mixed into rice and beans and makes a great "hot dog." Yes, it does have a nick kick to it. But that's great for me. My husband won't eat spicy stuff, so I know that what I buy will be there waiting for me when I want to grab some from the fridge.

Tasty on a bun or sliced with beans & rice. Great amount of spice, and very moist. Really simple to heat on the Foreman as well.

I always look for these, and many times they are sold out. These are perfectly spicy and delicious. And relatively lower in fat than other sausages. Hands down, this is my favorite sausage.

These are so good that they are frequently sold out at the TJs in Union Square. I think they are perfectly spicy. And neither too greasy nor too dry. They're just the perfect balance in a sausage.

no complaints about these at all, my fav is to make a spicy cajun jambalaya with these bad boys.

Have these become milder over the years? I thought they weren't spicy at all. Anyway, looking forward to scrambling them with eggs.
