Sweet Italian Style Pork Sausage
I usually eat the TJs chicken sausage, but I thought I'd give these a try. Not as healthy as the chicken sausage perhaps, but really bursting with flavor. I don't even bother putting anything on these. They are great plain, on a roll.

I recently made these into a lasagna. It was a tremendous success. Everybody was extremely happy, especially my committed carnivore.
This had a wonderful mild flavor and wasn't greasy in the least.
