Sweet Potatoes Frites
These sweet potato fries are the best I have ever had. They are a little crunchy on the outside and super soft and yummy on the inside. I have tried a lot of types but these are the best yet! Enjoy.

I love sweet potato fries and I've tried various brands from Whole Foods and most came out pretty limp, but these, while not as crisp as frying would make them, had the most amazing flavor and almost tasted like dessert. I can see dipping them in a little butter and syrup to take that a bit farther, or playing off their sweetness with a savory aioli.

Really the best..crispy on the outside tasty and creamy on the inside.So easy just pop them in the oven.
