Oh. My. Goodness. These cookies are some of the best I have ever purchased! At first I was hesitant about vegan baked goods – no butter? no eggs?? – but these are WONDERFUL. Sweet, chewy, wonderfully flavored….you can really taste the brown sugar in them, and the chocolate chips are wonderful. They remind me of a tastier version of Keebler Soft Batch cookies. One warning: it’s hard to stop at just one (or even two), so be prepared!
