I really love these tossed in a salad or an extra fiber finger side dish for the little ones. I love buying organic and these have a particularly fresh, nutty taste.

A regular item in my pantry. Great mixed in pasta dishes, in salads, blended into dips, or mashed up for garbanzo tacos.

Not ONLY do I love it that I can buy Organic Items at Trader Joe's, but also staples, like these beans! Yes, I make my own Hummas and eat it EVERY week! Garbanzos are nutritious power houses, and NOT only because of the protein!

I mix this with the Punjab spinach sauce and eat w. the naan from the freezer section. I'm not a vegetarian, but this is a great veggie main dish.
