This is a quick mac and cheese single serve meal. Goes good with a salad or sandwich on a cold fall or winter day. Add some leftover ham, seasoned bread crumbs, or what ever you (or the kids) like, I like to mix in some TJ's fried onion pieces. NOT the same as a lovingly prepared, home made, oven baked mac and cheese, but a good quick substitute.

I've tried just about every brand of boxed mac & cheese. My daughter and I agree that this is the worst ever.
