What a find! These are my favorite cookies from TJ's. I bake them on parchment paper, and the middles are soft and chewy, and the edges are crisp and buttery!

I found these to be oily and heavy, rather than buttery and crispy. Much like the heavy, oily cookies you'd get in a mall. Love ya Joe, but not for these.
