Jasmine Rice
This is the ultimate convenience food. Each box includes 3 bags each filled with 2 cups of frozen rice. You just throw a bag in the microwave and 3 minutes later you have perfect fluffy rice. Now when I want rice with dinner I don't even have to think about it until the last minute.

It must have been an Asian ritual for some mom to give a child moving away on his/her own a rice cooker in fear of child starving to death. Well, I kept that rice cooker and ate noodles for many years until I saw these frozen rice. Now I can make fry rice, rice soup...etc in literally 5-10 minutes. I threw my rice cooker away during the last move after realizing there will be a TJ nearby.

i've never had the jasmine rice before but my manager at work eats it all the time. My favorite is the brown rice which is stored right next to the jasmine rice and has the same packaging, except the cardboard is green. I cook it for 3 minutes and then add tons of veggies that I bbq to make a super quick stirfry. very good and tasty!
I LOVE this frozen jasmine rice. It is a bit pricier than buying normal rice and cooking it in a rice cooker though but for the added convenience of not having to clean the rice and waiting for it to cook...i'd say it's worth it! and i've tried the brown rice and it's not as good as the jasmine.

is that it never gets crunchy, because its frozen the moisture keeps it light and fluffy!

I love Asian food but I hate cooking rice. I've always wished someone would make rice you could have on hand -- thank you Trader Joe!
I always have some Jasmine rice in the freezer. It taste great all alone but it is good with stir frys and in soups. It is a bit pricey for a real rice lover so I finally purchased a rice cooker for the days when I plan ahead.
This is so delicious with stir fry. Cooks in only 5 minutes! So easy and quick!
This rice comes out so great. I am never messing with "real" rice again when cooking for just myself. I love this rice with TJ's Mandarin Chicken entree in the frozen section.
The kind I love at a good Thai restaurant and now available in your freezer. Usually we stock the brown rice for my husband's diabetes but there is no replacing the light fluffy texture of Jasmine rice. I would serve this at a dinner party in a heartbeat.

I am horrible at making rice in a pan. This is so easy, and it tastes just as good as rice made the conventional way. I pass this off as my own all the time.
This is perfect in a pinch. We use this to make a quick Indian lunch, using TJ's indian Fare products and frozen naan bread. My husband could not believe that his was quicker than instant and came from the microwave.

I love this rice. Only problem is TJ's can't keep it in stock very long before it is "TOS".

they used to have a Spanish Rice in this but it was discontinued. It was really good. I like the brown rice also.

i have a rice cooker, but sometimes you don't want to have to wait up to 20 minutes for the rice to cook and settle. this isn't as good as the rice i make, but it's a very close second -- and comes in first when i don't feel like waiting and washing!

I never thought something this good could come out of my microwave!
