Love this mild little green! Definitely try the salad recipe on the back of the bag.

its o.k. , this is indeed for the delicate palates,i felt it was too mild, im the type to enjoy robust flavors, for my money i would rather have spent it on spinach or arugula

More iron than spinach! 5 oz packs almost a days worth of Vitamin C. Good for stress with Vitamin B group vitamins.
