I would LOVE to buy these, i know they are good for you. But what do i do with them? how do you eat them? just plain? every time i see them i want to buy them but then i think...what do i DO with them?

I usually throw these into boiling, salted water for about 30 seconds and then shock them with cold water. They are perfect as a snack with just a little sea salt or in other dishes (stir fry yum!). The best part is that my 4 year old gobbles them up.

i throw the whole bag in boiling water and let them cook for a few seconds. they stay good in the fridge all week, either as a quick munchie or an add on to a meal!

not as tasty as the wholefood version of this. however the wholefood edamame comes from china, which is not excatcly assuring. take your bets people!
used to be for summer food but it is whole year food. It goes with any dish providing godo protein. I sometime mix edamame and cooked rice.
they stopped carrying this at my trader joe's. it was by far one of favorite trader joe's staple items!
I just throw a couple of handfuls in a ziploc bag in the morning, and by the afternoon, they are the perfect temperature for a healthy afternoon snack. They must be pre-salted. You just pop the individual beans out with your teeth. Simple and yummy!
