Many years ago we found by cooking and grinding our own beans gave us a much better chip. It added a few additional steps to the process but we felt it was well worth the effort.

I can respect that Greg. I am wondering if maybe you could simply tell me whether the amount of beans would have a significant effect on the glycemic index of the chips?
