I am not listing it as a new store, since it is s swap between Sagus and Swampscott's store. There are TJ's stores around the country like that: new store replacing a nearby store. That is happening in Portland, Oregon and Sun City, Arizona, as well as Sagus, MA.

According to this article, Trader Joe's in Oak Park is still on. It is delayed because of negotiation with village.

 Re:2008 New Store Openings - 2008/04/03 01:21 Looks like Trader Joe's wil be coming to Nashville, Tennessee. It will open in Green Hills before Thanksgiving of this year.

This is exciting news, as many users have asked from TJ's store in Nashville. It will be the 24th state to have a TJ's store.

In other news, Claremont, Califoria store will open April 11 according to the Trader Joe's Coming Soon website.

Chino Hills TJ's store will likely open when the new Mall opens May 23
