Chicken sausage? - 2009/03/09 21:53
I'm looking for a replacement for regular grocery store pork or turkey sausage. I looked in my local TJs but all I saw was chicken sausage as well as some meatless sausage. Has anyone tried this chicken sausage? What about the meatless? Does it taste anything like regular pork or turkey sausage? I'm particularly interested in the meatless because it's the tube kind and around various special occasions I use a tube of sausage to make dips and such... but I'd hate to buy and make it and it turn out tasting nothing like regular sausage.
