 COLORADO!!!!!!!! - 2007/04/14 00:33 There are alot of people from Colorado driving to Santa Fe, NM JUST to shop at Trader Joe's. Show me that kind of loyalty anywhere else...I read some folks from Washington whining because they drive 40 miles...I would walk 40 miles to shop at Trader Joe's. Come on, we have a desperate need for Trader Joe's in Colorado...back me up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 Re:COLORADO!!!!!!!! - 2009/07/15 10:18 My friends take empty suitcases when they visit Washington, Maryland, New Mexico or California and they fill them up with TJ goodies to bring back to Colorado. We ration out triple ginger snaps like gold nuggets. TJ would have a HUGE fan base of loyal customers in Colorado. Seriously! I've heard so many excuses, like that there are limits to selling alcohol in the stores, that the mountains make transport hard, etc. But I promise it would be worth it--for all of us.

Shasta, CA, where I used to drive all the way (3hrs. one way) to Chico to shop at TJ's until they built one in Redding (only 1 hour away). Please don't make me drive down to Sante Fe, NM, cause I'll do it, but I won't be happy...truly happy until I get a TJ's near by. This town has everything, but no TJ's!!!If you do build one make it close to downtown, not way out on Powers where all the cookie-cutter houses are--no character. And, whatever you do, don't sell 3.2 alcohol!!!!What the hell is that stuff good for anyway? I am still scratching my head over that one. Maybe I actually landed in Utah...

 Re:COLORADO!!!!!!!! - 2009/10/23 04:43 Please, please bring one (or more) to Colorado!! Can't tell you how many transplants there are here that are totally lost w/out Trader Joe's. There is literally no other store like it here that would compare. Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs or Fort Collins would all be ideal spots.
