 Fresh & Easy Stealing TJ's Stuff - 2007/12/17 17:49 We went to check out the new Fresh and Easy last week. The company that swears that they are going after no store in particular for competition. We saw a few familiar items on their shelves. Most of their snack bars (ie:granola, fruit) are direct rip offs of the Trader Joe's line. Their honey wheat pretzels taste exactly the same. Most of these items match ingredient to ingredient to the Trader Joe's brand. I contacted TJ corporate and they said they have no control over who their suppliers sell to.
