 Masala Simmer Sauce - 2007/12/12 09:02 anyone tried it? i purchased it today curious about it, i love TJ's curried chicken salad and am planning on making my own take on it, wondering if any of you would think this would work out? I read some of the reviews on the Spinach Punjab sauce but thought this would be better ?

 Re:Masala Simmer Sauce - 2007/12/12 21:45 I'm quite fond of it and have used it many times - most recently for exactly what you're trying. Be aware that the flavor may not be what you expect from the pre-made salad, but cooking chicken on the Masala sauce adds a wonderful richness that complements other flavors (curry powder, sauce, etc.) that you will be adding.

 Re:Masala Simmer Sauce - 2007/12/27 20:53 My Husband and I use this quite a bit. We usually take some chicken, garbonzo beans and fresh spinach and simmer it for a while and serve it over TJ's Brown rice.
GREAT MEAL.... We also don't dilute it as much as it calls for.... We like a more intense flavor...

 Re:Masala Simmer Sauce - 2008/02/14 12:10 I use both the masala and the korma simmer sauce all them time. I simmer chicken in my slow cooker with these sauces and then serve it over basmati rice.
