Currently they are NOT available anywhere in California or Arizona (not sure about other states). They were recently dropped by a large grocery chain in CA and AZ. But they would be a perfect addition to the egg selection at all TJ's.
If you aren't familiar with why you should consider using pasteurized eggs visit their website www.safeeggs.com. I have been using them for 7 years, and they are GREAT! Eat raw cookie dough, soft cooked eggs and much more, with no chance of getting Salmonella from the eggs. Safe even if you are pregnant! They are the only shell eggs in the USA that doesn't have the safe handling instructions on the box stating that the eggs must be fully cooked until yolks are firm! Because they don't need to be cooked to be safe to eat. So please sign the petition ASAP! I only have 4 eggs left in my fridge. http://www.safeeggs.com/consumers/petition
