Cheers!

Re:Complete Body Cleanse - your experience? - 2007/12/09 02:40 Here's a random question..are you supposed to eat regularly while taking the Complete Body Cleanse product? Just bought it, but not sure how to start the cleansing program. Thanks!

Re:Complete Body Cleanse - your experience? - 2008/01/07 02:38 So what did everyone end up doing??

I plan on starting it later this week. I suspect it would be best to fast and drink the master cleanse lemonade, but I'm pretty active so I'm hesitant to omit that many calories on my normal days. I may just do a fresh juice fast with it...but I'm still curious as to what other people have done!

Re:Complete Body Cleanse - your experience? - 2008/01/17 07:14 I started this cleanse on Monday combined with a bentonite clay and psyllium regimen. It has been three days and I have been pretty pleased, as I seem to be passing some junk out of my system. Anyways, as far as diet goes I have read that before you start a cleanse you should ease your body into it with a very clean, all-natural diet. I usually eat very healthy anyway but the week before I stopped eating meat. Since it is a 14 day process an all juice fast during the whole thing is not practical. What I am doing is eating only fruits, veggies, and nuts, but make sure to take the pills on an empty stomach with plenty of water throughout the day. No grains or dairy, as they contribute to build up in the intestines (quinoa is ok because it is wheat free and technically a seed). On day 7 and possibly 8 I will do a juice fast and continue eating fruits/veggies/nuts after that. Hope this helps !
