I still have yet to start it but I'm glad to hear you don't have to actually "fast" while on it; there are a lot of crazy juice fasts out there that I'm not too crazy about either. I do eat mostly raw and pretty clean most of the time, very little wheat or dairy, but I did eat a lot of junk over the holidays so that was my original reason for wanting to try a cleanse.

 Re:Complete Body Cleanse - your experience? - 2008/07/21 01:43 Love this product. My husband and I used it once, and the whole 2 weeks I felt energized and focused. Definitely sharper mentally and lighter physically. I did not change my eating habits while on it and got all the benefits. My husband didn't feel any difference and he didn't like the intestinal disruption. The only thing is that the package doesn't say how often you can go on it. I decided maybe once a quarter is safe since this is an all-natural detox. My husband says he won't be doing it again.

 Re:Complete Body Cleanse - your experience? - 2008/11/25 09:31 Ive been doing the cleanse for 3 days now and i must say that i definately feel a difference! I have to say though that im feeling a little tired and ive noticed that my lower back has been starting to hurt. Im thinking it might be because all the toxins are flowing around? ive been trying to drink more water to wash the toxins out. i havent changed my eating habits at all and have been noticing a change. The hardest part about the whole thing is swallowing seven pills!! I do recommend it though and will definately do it again in the future!
