 St. Paul, MN - 2007/11/30 16:01 The first hurdle has been cleared for a store near Lexington/Juno and Randolph Ave. The Planning Commission approved a zoning change for that corner. There was some neighborhood opposition, fearing the heavy traffic that a store would bring.
